The Trailknit is ideal for day hikes on trails and in mountains all year round. Reinforced toe, heel, and sides offer increased durability, and a generous toe area for swollen toes makes for comfortable long walks.
All shoes are delivered with an extra Trimfit™insole included for a tighter fit and extra cushioning. To be placed beneath the original sole.

Noisy 😂
I really really liked them, very comfortable, suit my style, good grip, and felt they would do very well on a long day hike. However, I did end up returning them, because they are noisy, please note this is just my hypersensitivity to sounds, and this will most likely not bother most people, but I thought I’d mention it for fellow autistics out there. My guess is the waterproof material is making the noise, it’s a scrunchy plasticky one, when bending the show in walking motion. 😊

I expected light and slim knitted shoes, but got quite large and massive ones instead (compared also to other shoes I own). At the same time they are very comfortable, with lots of space for toes and overall nice feel. And yes, as someone already mentioned in comments, they are really quite noisy, probably because of the membrane, but it's barely noticable when you are outside.

Surprisingly good fitting and comfortable show
I am normally a size 11 in Meindl for years but found that other shoe manufacturer were different. I gave it a go to order shoes online and thankfully the shoes did fit like home ;) Now after ~ 100 km, the shoes are very comfortable to walk in, on road as well in light to middle rough terrain.
